About Refresh Inside Out

Who we are

Refresh Inside Out started with a simple frustration: too many renovations go wrong not because of the finish, but because of what happens behind it. A shower that leaks two years later, a waste that was never moved properly, tiles laid over a substrate that was never levelled.

So we built the business around the parts nobody sees. Our plumbing, electrical, carpentry and waterproofing are all done by licensed trades, and the same person manages your job from the first measure to the final clean. You are not chasing five different contractors to find out why nobody turned up on Tuesday.

With 18 years of experience and 267+ completed projects, we help homeowners make practical, lasting improvements to their homes.

How we work

Four things we hold to on every job, whatever the size of it.

• One point of contact. The person who quotes your job is the person managing it.
• Fixed written quotes. Itemised before we start, so there are no surprises at invoice time.
• Trades in the right order. Scheduled so the site keeps moving and waterproofing gets its full cure time.
• Photos as we go. You see the rough-in and the waterproofing, not just the finished tile.

We would rather tell you a job will take three weeks and finish in three weeks than promise ten days and disappear halfway through.
