The original bathroom had a leaking shower base and tiles lifting along the back wall. We stripped the room back to the studs so we could see exactly what we were dealing with.

Once the frame was exposed we replaced two rotted studs, re-ran the hot and cold lines, and moved the waste to suit the new walk-in shower position. The room was then waterproofed to AS 3740 by our licensed waterproofer and left to cure before any tiling started.

Floor-to-ceiling 600x600 porcelain went on next, with a fully tiled niche in the shower and a linear floor waste. The vanity is a 1200mm wall-hung unit with a stone top, and the frameless screen was measured after tiling so the fit is exact.

Start to finish the job ran three weeks, including the waterproofing cure time.
